AT LAST THE HOUNORABLE PRIME MINISTER SYED YOUSAF RAZA GILANI APPROVED THE SUMMARY OF UPGRADATION OF STENOTYPISTS, STENOGRAPHERS AND PRIVATE SECRETARIES. I THANKS TO ALMIGHTY ALLAH, S.Y.RAZA GILANI, PRIME MINISTER, KHUSHNUD AKHTAR LASHARI, PSPM AND HIS STAFF MEMBERS, STAFF MEMBERS OF ESTABLISHMENT DIVISION, FINANCE DIVISION AND THOSE WHO CONTRIBUTED IN UPGRADATION CASE.

    AOA, if the proposal of Lashari Sahib. is approved then it is violation of FST and SC decision dated 5.12.2010 and if FST decision is being impemented than thanks of PM and Secretary Estt. I am not congratulating because there is still confusion, nothing is clear. Hence wait and watch what is happening with B-14 and 16 already getting.

    First of all Special Thanks to Allah Wa-Ej-Jel.

    Who gives me many many returns of the day.

    Jab Mein 2010 mein Allah kay Ghar Bait-ullah mein Hajj kernay kay liay ga tha tu whahan mein nay Allah say her dua mein apni Up-Gradatino ke dua ke. Meri her dua Allah Nay Qabool ke lakein sir ek Dua ko pending rahak the wo yeh dua the Up-Grdation ke. Us ko aj Allah Nay Qabooliyat ka sharaf Baksha.

    Ag PM nay BPS: 14, 16 ,17 ko approved kiya hai tu yeh be khushi ke bat hai.

    Ag PM nay BPS: 16, 17 ,18 ko approved kiya hai tu yeh be khushi ke bat hai.

    Jo Humary liay humary Allah Nay behtar Samja Ho he haray hak me acha hua hain,

    Gaib ka elam to sir ALLAH ke Shaan Kay liaq hai.

    Jo Shahsk Toray per kush Nain Hota wo Zaida per be Khush Nain hota.

    Congratulation to all beneficiaries,today my believe has been confirmed that bureaucracy is powerful than judiciary, who can do what he wants including violation of courts decisions with a stroke pen.How after one year and 11 days he brushed the decision of court and hopes of stenos.I appreciate the stenos,no one has even record his protest against one man summary. But, I would like to record the protest in the court of my colleagues and request the PM of IRP to allow B-16 and 17 as per our request, FST decision and SC validation.

    Sabir Chauhan sab sabar ka daman na chorain. Sub kuch aik Qalam ki jumbish se nahi hota. Thora sa intezar karin apki upgradation bhi hogi. Steno ko 16 and Stenographer ko 17 Zaror mile ga.

    Khalid bhai, this is not a question of B-17, I am talking about facts.My 16 was selection grade from B-15 to 16 and now will be from 16 to 17. I am not worry for myself my claim is for all community as your struggle was for all not only for Khalid Riaz. Thanks for conveying your feeling.

    what is the criteria in Punjab.
    bcz in province stenographer are in BS-12.
    and next scale of Stenographer is BS-14 or BS-16.
