This notification is dangerious for implementation of upgradation of Steno posts. Because due this all progress on upgradation will be stopped with the plea that committee is working. In fact upgradation does not come in the jurisdiction of this committee. Hence, the Finannce and Establishment has been given opportunity to delay the reply and action on upgradation of already in B-16 and B-14 Stenos.
