I agree with the valuable comments of Mr.Khalil Ahmad Ch,
ReplyDeletewhat happend about this case, and what is the present status of the case? can any body tell.
ReplyDeleteStenos are always under Hard Times. I would request honourable Secretary (Finance) to personally look into the matter and give favourable comments to give at least some hope to the PA/PS/Steno Community.
ReplyDeleteAOA, Hay colleagues, how R U.I hope you all like me will be in tension, but don't worry, the Finance Secretary will sent his views/recommendation positively, after our retirement because this is our culture, they think that upgradation of already B-16 and B-14 will let down their status. Sir your status will up when B-17 and B-15 will work with you. Hence I request to finance division to send it's viewpoints/recommendations immediately to Establishment Division for favourable consideration for time scale from 14 to 15 and 16 to 17, so that the seniors most Stenographers be benefitted prior to proceed on retirement. This is a game of 1 to 6 months later all benefitiaries if allowed will stand retired.

Dear Sir
ReplyDeleteI request my esteemed honors/superior officers working in such a vital ministry i.e. Finance to kindly give a favourable consideration to the points raised by Estt Division concerning Stenos issues. The steno class has to work with senior most officers at least of BS-19 hence their job warrants ever agile and steady performacne from them which they do, hence they may be encouraged and favoured as much as possible. I also request my senior brothers working as PS/PA in Ministry of Finacne to use their linkages and prevail upon the concerned quarters for early finalization of this long lingering issue. Particularly time scale of BS-17 like teachers for newly up-graded stenographers and steno typists and one time BS-17 & 15 for those stenos who were in selection grade and already working in BS-16 & 14 respectively.
Thanking you in anticipation for favorable cosideration, please.
With warm regards.
SAFDAR
