The case is under process in Finance and Establishment Division Islamabad
The case is under process in Finance and Establishment Division. They intends to file CPLA in the Supreme Court of Pakistan with the approval of Law Division. But it is pertinent to mention that the Law Division already accorded his opinion in the instant case to the Establishment Division.

Khalid Riaz Sahib we are really thankful to your efforts to upgrade the post of steno typist, Stenographer and Private Secretary. I have also filed a case regarding seniority in PST, against Assistant for the promotion of Superintendent. please help me! what is the method to determine the seniority of Selection grade stenographer BS-15 (at par senior scale stenographer) and Assistant. I have applied for seniority from the date of appointment BS-12. Any decision if so may kindly be provided. thanks best luck in future.

ReplyDeleteAOA. Hope you will be OK. I am in some problem. There is quota of Head Clerks & Stenographers for promotion as Superintendent with ratio 1:1. It is turn of Head Clerk for promotion as Superintendent, but none of Head Clerk is eligible. Is in your notice any rule / judgement of any court that if none of category (Head Clerk) is eligible for promotion to higher post, then next category may be promoted. Kindly advice me in this regard.
