Bhai under process ka matlab hoa k abhi to kuch bhi ni keh saktay kya aap kuch idea day saktay ho k ye implement ho ga bhi k ni ??? or ager ho ga to kab ??? coz court k order k mutaibiq to isay 1st tak ho jana chahiye but mujhay ni lagta k aisa ho ga kindly can you explain the reality coz aap hi is case me sab se ziada well known hain ....

ReplyDeleteDear Khalid Bhai AoA and how are you? Dear When notification issue? I read your Pray this is good but I felt Establishment Division's JS has not agreed on up-gradation but FST judgement is strong for us we shall be up-graded Inshallah, It will be better for us.

Dear Khalid Riaz & others who given their precious time for this purpose i.e up-gradation. We all Stenos, Graphers, P.Ss are highly appreciate your efforts, which you have done.
ReplyDeleteI have come to know that Establishment Division as well as Finance Division are considering the up-gradtaion of Stenos as per up-gradation policy, 2001. viz-a-viz Steno BPS-14, Grapher BPS-16 and P.S BPS-18 respectively.
It is my prediction that this work will Inshallah be completed before 1st August, 2011.

Apparently, it seems that it is matter of upgradation of PS/PA/Stenos of CGA and its subordinate departments who filed appeal before FST for their upgradation as done in case of AAO, Assistant Accounts Officer, Senior Auditors etc.
ReplyDeleteSecondly, three things needs clarification:
1. Whether upgradations of 2007 were based on Upgradation Policy of 2001;
2. If not, then what is Upgration Policy 2001;
3. In the year 2007 various clerical posts were upgraded except PS/PA/Stenos irrespective of any Govt. / Department; whether by this decision, the posts of PS/PA/Stenos will be upgraded irrespective of any Govt. / Department;
4. Whether through this decision the posts will be upgraded w.e.f the date when other clerical posts were upgraded;
5. If not, then from which date the posts will be upgraded
please explain these question, so that question in the mind of many brothers could be cleared and their confusion could be mitigated.

I WANA TO REQUEST YOU TO PLZ CLARIFY THAT WHETHER THOSE STENOS/GRAPHERS/PS ARE ALREADY WORKING IN GRADE BS-14, BS-16 AND BS-18.CAN THEY GET BENEFIT OF THESE UPGRADATION... WHAT WILL THEY DO....BECOZ GOVT..MAY BE UPGRADED ONLY BS-12 TO BS-14, BS-15 TO BS-16 AND BS-17 TO BS-18.
WHAT IS THE FEATURE OF BS-14, BS-16, BS-18...BECOZ THEY WILL DEPRIVE FROM THEIR RIGHTS SIR???????????????

ReplyDeleteThe supreme court of pakistan is given the decision in favour of stenographers upgradation we all stenographers in pakistan are very thankful to the Chief Justice of Pakistand and bench III of Supreme court of Pakistan and hope that the final competent authority will be issued notification within frametime as directed by the honourable supreme court of pakistan thanks.
