Dear Khalid, Upgradation of Superintendent BS-16 to BS-17 is good news but there is confusion for employees of some departments that "is it general or only for some specific departments?"In OM by discussing the Establishment division has said that the post of Superintendent is counted in ministerial staff whereas in many departments it is counted in Executive staff. Please clarify.
I am working as a Office Superintendent (Accounts) since last 13 years in Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, Karachi. Is this proposed up-gradation will also implement on my post. please reply. rana mehar din
according to establishment div letter all the supdt will be upgraded after approval of pm office there is no any contradiction in the letter 4 july,2012 of estab.div. we hope that approval of pm will be received in finance division as soon as possible. if some supdt will approach to pm secretariat i hope that this issue will be resolved immediately. shahid siddiqui
According to the newspapers of Express and Dunya the case of the up-gradation of Superintendents for grade 17 is with PM Sectt. I want to draw the attention of any employee particularly Supdt of PM Sectt that they try their hard to get the signed as early as possible so that this good news for all the Supds in other Deptt and Orgs may be prove a happy happy news.
superintendent has been rejected the order of finance division regarding time scale granted to the supdt by the govt. they were applied in fst for up gradation of post B-16 to B-17 as usual .Assistant, Steno typist , stenographer were upgraded by the previous govts. it is injustice for supdt. The case will,be file again in FST and other court for relief and change the order. full benefits shall be allowed to the supdt . B-17. not for time scale accepted. It is clear violence of FST and Est,Division order.
