Subject: RE-DESIGNATION OF THE POST OF STENOGRAPHER (BPS-16) AS ASSISTANT PRIVATE SECRETARY (BPS-16)
The undersigned is directed to refer to the Finance Divisions O.M No.2-7/2011-HR-II dated 11th May, 2012 on the subject cited above and to invite attention of this divisions O.M No.8/36/2000-R-I, dated 26th march 2012.
2. After approval of Finance Division the matter may be referred to Establishment Division for consideration/approval.

Good news and very benificial for the all of my colleques,if establishment division Islamabad will issue notification in this regard as early as possible.
ReplyDeleteIt is requested to the Secretary Establishment Division Islamabad,to consider the case of premature increments in upgradations of the posts of stenotypist/stenographers/ps,whose retired after from 23.12.2011,and they have no benefited for upgradation of the posts,because one hand they have riased Rs.200/- to 250/-and on the other hand losses in pension 5% medical allowance,upto BPS-15,25% MEDICAL ALLOWANCE AND After upgradation in BPS-16/- MEDICAL ALLOWANCE IS 20%,that is a clear cut loss of 5%,and in pension Rs.700/- to 800/- ,when the finance division Islamabad authorities could not calculated the figures and without calculation issued the clerification notification ,it is very sorry to say that they all are sitting in their chairs only for getting pay and they have no interest with the upgradations of our colleques ,it is once again requested to the aforesaid authorities to consider the premature increment case as early as possible to solve the problems of the upgraded categories as issued notification from the federal govt:and provincial govt:and , therefore, requested to the Finance department Govt:OF KPK,to discuss and to sent a letter in this connection for settle the problem as soon as possible and oblige.
