I HAVE SOME PROPOSAL WHICH IS ALREADY CONVEYED TO THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND ESTABLISHMENT DIVISION.
1. Upgrade the post of LDC from BPS-07 to BPS-9.
2. Upgrade the post of UDC from BPS-9 to BPS-11
3. Upgrade the post of Assistant from BPS-14 to BPS-15
4. Upgrade the post of Assistant Incharge from B-15 to B-16
5. Grant of BPS-17 to the Suprintendents (BPS-16).
6. Time Scale for Stenotypist from (B-14 to B-15)
with a length of three years service.
7. Time Scale for Stenographer (B-16 to B-17).
with a length of three years service.
8. Time Scale to Auditors from B-11 to B-14
9. Time Scale to Senior Auditors from B-16 to B-17.
After the upgradation of the above posts and time scale the upgradation O.M may be withdrawn.
If this proposal is accepted and OM is issued accordingly, the expenditure and time occured in this correspondence by filing appeals in courts by Government Employees and defending by government shall be saved. Nice proposal.
ReplyDeleteis se pehle bhi time scale from BS-14 to Bs-16 and Bs-16 to Bs-17 ki baat hoee thi but there is no response from govt. about steno time scale. I request Khalid Bhai please update of already Bs-14 and Bs-16 because is se pehle bhi kaafi correspondence ho chuki ha but no result. We have already suffered a huge loss of time scale please update latest.
