Actually the delay or rejection of upgradation of stenos is because of the poor judgement of the FST during first hearing. the court said "Upgradation or stenos may be considered sympathetically". this was not order or judgement, rather a recommendation as if made by a subordinate to a senior. the lawyer must have persuaded court for a clear order.
The Regulation wing has proposed to oppose the judgment of FST But Secy Estab has very kindly returned the file with the advise to send a reference to M/o Law and Justice for guidance.
Hi, I am steno in Lahore, I also know webdesigning. This form for stenos looks not much impressive. I want to build a new site where all the steno matters can be uploaded or discussed. (with zero cost) If Mr. Khalid is reading this plz let me know ur valuable comments.

akhir kb ho ge upgradation??? kan pak gae hain ye sun sun kr, aur overall pakistan main honi hai ya just koi personal case hai ye????
