Implementation of Judgement
The Government's Council presented comments in the Court but returned by the court with the remarks (IT IS NOT THE TIME OF COMMENTS THE COURT IS TALKING ABOUT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE JUDGEMENT). The court directed the Respondents to Implement the Judgement and Issue Notification of Upgradation within 15 days and Next date fixed on 08.07.2011.
