LAW DIVISION FOR VETTING

Now the case is with Solicitor General in Law Division for vetting of Establishment and Finance Division comments. The date of the decision is 12.12.2010 and within 60 days the Respondents department can file the CPLA in the Supreme Court but the Finance Division referred the case to Law Division on 15.02.2011.
