PROMOTION TO BPS-19 WITH NOMENCLATURE OF SENIOR PRIVATE SECRETARY.
PERSONS WHOS ALREADY IN BPS-18 AND THOSE WHOS RECENTLY BEEN PROMOTED AS PRIVATE SECRETARIES BPS-18 (ONE TIME SCALE) WITH A PREVIOUS SERVICE IN BPS-17 FULL IN BPS-16 ONE HALF, 15 AND BELOW ONE FOURTH OF THE TOTAL SERVICE IN BPS-15 AND BELOW WILL BE COUNTED SERVICE IN BPS-17.( TOTAL SERVICE ARE REQUIRED FOR PROMOTION 12 YEARS) ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PROMOTION AS SENIOR PRIVATE SECRETARIES BPS-19 AS PER THE CONDITIONS IN THE ESTABLISHMENT DIVISION O.M NO.1/9/80 RII DATED 02.06.1983. THE CASE IS UNDER PROCESS IN FINANCE DIVISION REGULATION WING FOR ADVICE.

About one month has been elapsed for issuance of Stenographers upgradation notification by Finance Division, Islamabad but uptil now, no provincial government as well as AJK has implemented the notification even no Finance Secretary of Province has put the the summary before their respective Chief Minister. This act towards the provincial bureaucracy is very shameful. Our bureaucracy always reluctant to give any incentive to the employees working below grade 17.
ReplyDeleteIn my point of view, now, we should protest against this situation and we should go on strike. Further, all Associations of Stenographers in provinces should made Press Conferences calling all media for pressurizing their respective provincial government.

U R right my dear Mughal sahib. I have already put this suggestion on forum . But no one has taken any interest and given weight to this,I am sure, if only single news is shown on Media, all the things will became clear B-14 and B-16 already has no benefit by this order dated 23.12.2011. Issuance of Gazette Notification is good sign for other. Avery one should put it as example. So far as the provinces are concerned, the suggestion of Mr.Mughal sahib is genuine, we should try our level best for implementation of orders. Sabir Chauhan

ReplyDeleteHello colleagues. AOA. Thanks Khalid Bhai,I read notification of AGPR, KPK,Peshawar, this is a example to which we can put upto our departments for notification. Such things should be on forum and getting benefit from this is a resposibility of each individual. Khalid Bhai I would like to request you to bring your pay slips upto 22.12.2011 and on 23.12.2011 on forum. So that the fixation formula can be seen, because the pre-mature increment is not being allowed by the departaments to B-15 to B-16 and also same scale stenos are not being next stage. Any sort of ruling from Finance Division will be required for this purpose.

ReplyDeleteI congratulate your goodself on this historic achievement for all the Steno brothers. In my opinion, it is just the start, we need to stay united and to make collective efforts to achieve our just right. Particularly for Stenographers BS-17 is the destination or at least a time scale for Stenographers or Selection Grade may be ensured through all the possible means.
Once again thank you very much for fighting for all Steno brotherhood.
