4. UP-GRADATION OF THE POST OF PRIVATE SECRETARY FROM BPS-17 TO BPS-18
5. COMPUTER ALLOWANCE FOR STENOTYPISTS, STENOGRAPHERS AND P.S
6. BACK DATE UPGRADATION.
7. RESTORATION OF SELECTION GRADE AND MOVE OVER
The issues settled at Islamabad meeting the core issues but equally important is the issue to set a time frame of service in one scale not that one should serve for uncountable years in the same scale. The later experience is being exercise in the field offices, where we are serving in the same scale till retirement which is injustice and against fundamental rights.
ReplyDeleteI and my others colleques working in different divisions departments have got BS-16 from 1.12.2001,in 2007,according to the Govt:issued notification and reverted BS-15,according to that time policy,prepared by the Gen:Mushraf and his some supporters whose stopped our moveover and selection grades passed an illegal amendment in services rules in 2001,is we all are entitle for the BS-17,OR not ,please discuss the matter whenever meeting will be held and included this issue in your agenda for discussion.Thanks.

ReplyDeleteI studied your items to be discussed with Establishment and Finance Division. I think these are better items to be implemented by Government in throughout Pakistan. I pray for your more successful in this regard.
Khalid Sahib please help the Provincial Employees because the provincial governments are making delaying tactics for adoption of Finance Division notification for ugpradation of the posts of Stenographers in accordance with Government of Pakistan. I suggest a directive should be issued from Establishment/Finance Division to all Chief Secretary for early implementation of notification w.e.f. 23.12.2011, the date of notification of Finance Division. Therefore, it is requested you should also discuss this matter at Islamabad with the officers of Establishment and Finance Division.

Out come (proposals)of the meeting are courageous but put them upto appropriate corner and fruitful and meaningful action thereon is much necessary Khalid Bhai, this is a time for putting powerful stroke when all community is completely at your back. Any delay will cause problems,as per desirous of Mr.Mughal Sb. from Lahore that Govt. of Pubjab is reluctant to implement the O.M. dated 23.12.2011 in all over punjab which is also strange for colleagues such cases has to be required attention of the higher authorities. I request to all friends to try their level best to help Mr.Khalid by encouraging and giving big hands in all respect so, he may be able to continue his motto to help the persons.Where I Khalid Bhai, I mean to say is all his team.

Our colleagues are active,Abbas dear don't worry Baluchistan stenos has give deadline i.e.12th instant for notification this news will be on AIR Inshallah as reasonable source said. This blog has introduce us each other, it seems that we have old relations for this situation I am very happy.I request to Khalid Bhai to keep close liaison in big cities of pakistan at least one person. He cell is not being attended,perhaps due to long list of lovers. Anyhow, it is necessary to inform any news regarding our issues. Shafiq Mughal from WASA,LDA, his activeness is appreciable, we like it.PMADIT's roll is also good, but now a days is very lazy, sir be active and keep the peoples upto date as preciously.

It is a good sign that one of Stenographer working at Quetta Secretariat that Stenographers of Baluchistan Secretariat have given an ultimatum to Chief Secretary for issuance of notification of upgradation upto 12th January, 2012, failing which, they will go on strike w.e.f. 13th January. Baluchistan Stenographers are role model for all Stenographers of other provinces and nation of Baluchistan is also role model for Pakistan. Baluchistan k Stenographers Zindabad, Baluchistan Zindabad, Paindabad and we are proud of the Nation of Baluchistan. Stenographers other than Baluchistan Province should also give ultimatum to respective Chief Secretary for early issuance of notification.

ReplyDeleteRequest for implementation of order dated 23.12.2011 has been posted on Chief Minister Punjab website for early notification.Our colleagues Mr.Mughal Sb of WASA,LDA is active for getting orders may allah success him. I hope that the CM Punjab will also take immediate action on this public interest issue. The action being taken by our colleagues in Baluchistan (tuff time frame)is also very appreciable and hope Govt. of Baluchistan will issue notification early. I will also request to GSP stenographers in Quetta to help provincial stenos in getting their rights.Dear Khalid Bhai your voice is not being heared on blog.

ReplyDeleteDear Brother Khalid. I once again appreciate your struggle for the betterment of Stenos. I again request that your should focus on your proposals from Sl.No.1 to 6. Why I am not including proposal at Sl.No.7 because the Government of Pakistan stopped the Selection Grade and Moveover to all the Employees not only Stenos. This the the policy matter.

ReplyDeleteAll the proposals which were discussed in the meeting are excellent. But i also want to add something.
1.Through Proper channel Promotions.
In so many departments where the Head of the Department is BPS-20, there is no promtotions for Stenographers.
2. Permission to appear in PIPFA examinations.
Permission should be given to all the Steno's, those who want to appear in PIPFA examination.
Please think for the above mentioned points.

I am Mr. Hamdullah, Senior Stenographer from Balochistan Quetta Health Department not in civil Secretariat. Some of our colleagues have mis-understanding about the Stenos of Balochsitan that they given any deadline for issuance of Notification. Its absolutely not true, We have just learned that the summary is with the chief Minister Balochsitan who is residing in Islamabad for long time now, we also learned that the only Secretariat Stenos will be upgraded not the entire balochsitan stenos which is a clear discrimination and un-justice. I also request all the Stenos of the country to Form a "All Pakistan Stenos Forum" so that they can strive for the betterment of stenos and they should quit APCA since APCA is doing nothing for them but only for their own vested interest. 03009388110
