    Congratulation! to all Stenographers in Punjab by the grace of Allah the Honorable Chief Minister Punjab approved the summery of Steno cadre w.e.f 23.12.2011. I congrulation to all team member of PBCSSA i.e President Rao Akram Esq. I also thankful to Mr. Shafique Mugal Stenogrpaher WASA LDA, He give the update regading Upgrdation time to time and its efforts are very comendable. I also thanks to Mr. Asif S&GAD.

    I congratulate to all steno community in Punjab Government for approval of upgradation, they have suffered enough for want of ugradation. I specially congratulate to M/s.Mughal of Lahore, Zahid of Faisalabad and Jabbar of live stock and others who always remained on forum and intend to keep intact with. Khalid Bhai also deserves for heartily congratulation, who has put
    us on the right way.

    Thanks God. We have succeeded in our goals. I specially thank for close liaison with Rao Muhammad Akram, Mr. Muhammad Asif S &GAD Mr. Shafique Moghal, WAsa, Mr. Imram Excise, Wasim Gill Bhalwapur, Rizwan Tuba Tek Singh, Mr. Shabbir Narowal, Zahid Gillani Sialkot, Mr. Shabbir Vehari and President APCA (Haji Muhammad Irshad). I also appreciate the efforts of Rao Muhammad Akram who has technically handled this case. Today he has directed to me to convey my message to all over the Punjab for praying two nawafal of shukraney for this success. At this historical moment I also solute Mr. Khalid Riaz KPK /central President of PA& SSS Pakistan. The history told us that KPK has always lead the association. APCA base was kept by Syed Hadayat Yar Bukkhar from KPK . I am also thankful to all the Stenographers of District Sargodha, Khushab & Mianwali who kept contact with me for up-dates. Particularly Mr. Shafique Moghal & Mr. Muhmammad Asif & I change their views daily.
