president musharf is dictator and his all collegues ,fazalur rehman,smaiul haq,ijajul haq,hussain ahmad,sahardi gandi relatives ,and other partners are passed an illegal ordinance 2001,wherein stoped promotions,moveover,selection grades of Govt:servants ,and now honourable court is decided a case and given decison in the favour of Govt:servants we all thankful to the hnourable chief justice of pakistan and 111 bench of the honourable surpreme court of pakistan who has decided the case according to the law and justice and shame on the our layer and USA CIA agents politicians who have only collecting money and noting to do so for the pakistani peoples , samed on them whose are not a pakistani and not a good religious leaders that is only a theft and i requested to the all Govt:servants in future may use the belot paper against them and select the only a faithful candidates who is a pakistani and not a traioter of the country .
I appreciate the great efforts of Mr. Khalid Riaz, Stenographer for upgradation of Stenographers. Musharaf/Chaudaries Government declined the Stenographers and upgraded the post of Assistant in BS-14 from BS-11 deferring Stenographer from BS-12. Therefore, efforts of Mr. Khalid Riaz is great appreciable. We all Stenographers in Pakistan pray for long life of Mr. Khalid Riaz. My colleague Stenographers are also pray for long life of Mr. Khalid Riaz.
It is astonishing to note that the summary regarding increase in electricity charges gets approval promptly but the summary for up-gradation of the posts of Stenos is still waiting for a blessings. We are optimist that such pious work will be done by the PPP Govt.
All Stenographers/Private Secretaries working in Prime Minister Office at Islamabad should request to Prime Minister for approval of summary for up-gradation of posts of Stenographers.
I have appreciated to the remarks of Muhammad Shafique Mughal and all stenographers/p.s. working in prime minister office at Islamabad whose requested to the Honourable Prime Minister of Pakistan for approval of the summary for upgradation of posts of stenographers has lying in his office on:3.11.2011,as like the same as noted in my above request,and again I have requested for the same to the Honourable Prime Minister of Pakistan,approval may be granted before the end of this month and oblige. We all stenographers in Pakistan including working in Prime minister office shall pray for his long life and properiety .
I thanks for Mr. Arif Raihan (a.raihan) for appreciating on my comments. As the summary for upgradation of Stenographers has since been referred back to Secretary Est Div for reconsideration the case and uptil now, the summary is lying with Secretary Est Div. I humble request to Secretary Est Div for favourable consideration of summary for upgradation of Stenographers for all employees in Pakistan i.e. Federal and Provincial Governments. As the Scales of Clerks (JCs, SCs & Asstts) are equal in all over Pakistan, therefore, the Scales of Stenographers should also equal in all over Pakistan for all employees of Federal and Provincial. Further, all citizens/employees of Pakistan are equally treated as per Constitution of Islamic Republican of Pakistan under Article 125 and 199.

I would like to draw your attention towards stenos/stenographers who are already holding selection grades of 14/16 and even reverted from higher grades after discontinuation of move over. Please comment are they will be benefited by present decision of FST and SC. If not please make efforts to include such cases also. Regards
