if the decision of Supreme Court will be as the decision of FST i.e. Steno Typist will be given B-16, Stenographer B-17 then we will ready for financial help.
ReplyDeletewhat diplomatic option... Ali Bhai... Why you did not shout, when you were given Stenographer as 16 why you don't objected that I am not taking this grade as it must be given to all other stenographers... very diplomatic ;)
ReplyDeleteKhalid Bhai, Now only the CPLA notice has been received from AOR. It is quit possible that the leave to appeal may not be granted by S/Court. Plz convince your advocate to quash the matter in its early hearing. If it is approved and leave to appeal granted, then the matter will prolong. By the way, hope for best, Insha-Allah now the notification will be issued by Finance Division after S/Court Order.

ReplyDeleteits very easy read all the judgments, replies (either from petitioner or respondent)by the way stenos are recommended for 16 and typists are recommended for 14.
ReplyDeleteDoston Jab tak Finance Division ko Supereme Court ka poora pooooora danda nahi aaye ga, to main nhi samajhta k Finance Division up-gradation ka final NOtification karega... Itne months sy up-gradation ka drama chal raha hai bus.

Kindly ensure and ascertain that if the FST decision will also be approved and decided from Supreme Court on hearing of CPLA filed by Fianance Divions, either the decision will admissible for all provincial government Stenographers or only for Federal and specific departments who interact in this regard.

ReplyDeleteFinance Div. Supreme Court gya tha. Registrar Office ny CPLA wapis ki hy k aap related all documents attached karin. because wo sraf kuch papers ly k gy thy jo un k case ko support kr rehy thy.
ab Court ny 11st Sep. ki date de hy. sary papers k sath apeal dakhal krny ki.
ya All Federal level py admissible ho ga. agr Province waly ko be mujboran krna pry ga. because appointment rules en posts ky same hain.

I guess the matter will have to be adopted by the provincial governments as well only if it is implementd at federal govt level.... Lets hope its sorted out earlier....

ReplyDeleteWe appreciate endless efforts of Mr. Khalid Riaz and others for up-gradation of Stenographers but it is unjust for those Stenotypists/Stenographers who are working in selection grade BS-14 and BS-16 for the last 15 years but their up gradation for next scales i.e. BS-16 and BS-17 have not been considered. We request particularly to Mr. Khalid Riaz who is Quaid-e-Azam of Stenographers/S.Typist to not only raise the issue of up gradation but also keep struggling until unless it becomes another extra ordinary achievement made by him for up-gradation in favour of Stenotypists/Stenographers who are in BS-14/BS-16 (Muhammad Hanif, Allaha Rakha,Muhammad Yasin, Fiaz, Ch. Munawar, S.Sharaf Abbas Naqvi, Azhar Rauf and Mudassar PAs,Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat, LAHORE)
